Breathing technique

Emmy plays a breathing sound while the pulsing light gets bigger/smaller. By listening to breathing and following the light, your baby will fall asleep faster.
You can also use the ZAZU Zen Breathing Light Emmy Elephant as a night light.
The elephant shines a red light. This colour does not interfere with melatonin production.

Music box

The night light also plays different sounds: lullabies, white noise or the sound of an African sunset. Additionally, the cute elephant has a crying sensor. Once your child starts crying, the lamp plays a sound and starts shining. Adjust the timer and it shuts off automatically after a certain amount of time.
