Written order confirmation. The order is confirmed, and all personal information, the order, and the cost are displayed on the user's screen. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the provider must fulfill the contract no later than fifteen (15) days from the transmission of the consumer's order. The price is paid to the provider either on the date of product delivery or by credit card [VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISAELECTRON], or by deposit into a bank account. If paying by bank deposit, the order is dispatched after the user sends us the nominal deposit receipt via email to [email protected], stating the order code (order id). If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, they are transferred to a secure encrypted environment with 256-bit encryption of EUROBANK (EFG EUROBANK Bank), where they enter their billing information (read more about online transaction security).

Upon completion, the user needs to return to our website to finalize the process for the shipment to the location specified by the user through a courier service.

If the customer chooses cash on delivery (COD), confirmation will be made via phone by us, and then the shipment will be sent to the specified location through a courier service. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours from the next business day of placing the order. Shipments will be made daily, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

In the case of payment by COD, the customer incurs a fee of €3.90 (including 24% VAT) for COD handling expenses. For remote and difficult-to-reach destinations, additional charges may apply depending on the distance and accessibility, and the customer will be informed before the shipment.

Shipments to certain areas not covered by courier services will be handled through the Greek Postal Service, with delivery times as per their standards.

The price now includes 24% VAT. In case of user delay, the applicable interest in Greece will be charged. No adjustment of the price will be made.
